Natalie Chan is proud to be a New Zealand designer who bases all areas of her business in New Zealand. All garments and headwear are made in store from her atelier in Parnell, Auckland. We do not offshore any garment or headpiece ensuring our brand is ethically produced in fair and safe conditions. Natalie Chan also works alongside and supports other New Zealand owned, operated and made in New Zealand companies from packaging products to printing.

Environmentally, we are also making sure we are contributing towards protecting our beautiful environment. All paper used are recycled and processed until we can no longer use it and then is put in the recycling bins provided by the Auckland City council.
Our fabric off cuts, we support our local community, Natalie Chan donates fabrics to low-deciles Auckland primary schools for craft and artistic purposes.
Any other recyclable items such as glass and plastics, we do our very best to insure they are recycled properly as well.
