New Zealand Delivery
There is a 24hr processing period before items get dispatched.
National delivery is done by Fastway Couriers and their service is track and trace. We also insure all items when they get couriered out.

All items couriered are packaged and boxed carefully.

We offer a full refund if you are not completely satisfied with your goods providing they are returned to us within 7 days and are in an original condition. We do not pay the postage for return of goods.

Delivery to Auckland is between 1-2 working days.
North and South Island of New Zealand is between 1-4 working days.

International Delivery
There is a 48hr processing period before items get delivered. All shipping is done by New Zealand Post with their International Economy Courier. Delivery times vary, but are normally delivered between 2-10 working days and their service is track and trace and requires a signature from you, the buyer.
All items couriered are packaged and boxed carefully.

We offer a full refund if you are not completely satisfied with your goods providing they are returned to us within 7 days and are in an original condition. We do not pay the postage for return of goods.

International couriers are based on the weight of the box and the country. Please take note that the buyer is responsible for all import fees or duties. We insure all items and declare the full value.

Currency
All prices on this website is in New Zealand Dollars. International buyers, please check your currency exchange before you make a purchase as you will then know what amount will be processed through your credit card.

Refund
We offer a full refund if you are not completely satisfied with your goods providing they are returned to us within 14 days.

If the headwear has been designed and made to your own specification then cancellation cannot be made once the order is accepted.

If you pay through as an international sale, your order is returnable less 20% restock fee.

Payment
We accept VISA, Master Cards. Unfortunately, we do not accept American Express, Diners Cards or Paypal.

Colors
Colors on designer websites vary by photo and by monitors. We are unable to verify website photos due to these factors. In some cases we may be able to provide guidance. We endeavour to do our best in describing the headwear you see on the website. However, our guidance is based on our opinion

Rosettes and headwear
All the headwear is designed and created by hand, there may be a few variations of the finally product as what is seen on the website. The variations are very minor. Sometimes the color of either the fabric and/or feathers will be a shade darker or lighter depending on the dye lot and the supplier we buy from.

However, if the headwear is a one off one, there will be no changes as what is seen on the website. Please also read the “colors” FAQ note above this.

Bespoke headwear
All rosettes and headwear on the website is an indication of the styles designed and made in house at the Natalie Chan workroom in Parnell, Auckland, New Zealand.
