Portrait of a Lady: Behind the Scenes May 30 2014, 0 Comments

The culmination of many months of hard work, we presented our very first couture bridal collection 'Portrait of a Lady' this morning at the beautiful Sofitel in Auckland's Viaduct Harbour. In between running around we managed to take a few exclusive photos for your viewing pleasure...

A display table lined the side of the room displayed with a plethora of our favourite things: roses, beautiful books, tulle pom poms and a stack of our new Natalie Chan blush boxes.

The room was a sensory delight with the beautiful scented candles from MOR Modern Apothecary complimented by the displays of roses, peonies and gypsophila from Cartier for Flowers.

Some more of our favourite things: a blush lace mantilla, embellished wristlets, and silk rosettes.

A selection of the lovely Harney and Sons Tea on offer.

Upon arrival, guests were greeted with a glass of the beautiful, blush toned Mumm Rose, Natalie’s favourite French champagne.

Shortly after taking their seats guests were presented with a beautiful high tea style brunch filled with sweets and petite sized savouries from newly appointed Executive Chef Nick Honeyman (of Commons fame).

James from Bobbi Brown working his magic.

Every girls dream! We eyed up this Bobbi Brown cosmetic stash with great envy.

The talented team from Dry and Tea created intricate braided updo's for the models.

We took over Sofitels 'Sabrage Suite' for the morning as it played home to our backstage area.

Our fantastic models from 62 Models channeled beautiful 'brides to be' perfectly.

Look out for a full write up of our new twenty piece bridal collection in the coming days!

Until then, much love
