The lovely Amanda came in to see us at the boutique with her sister looking for a wedding dress not for herself but happened to spot our tea length 'Pour Amour' dress on the rack which she promptly fell in love with! A few months later and newly engaged, Amanda remembered the dress and came back to see us, she possessed a sense of chic style most of us could only dream of having, so we knew it was going to be a joy to help dress her for her special day. To complete her modern take on a vintage look, our bride accessorised with a crystal belt, earrings, bracelet and veil all chosen from the boutique. The beauty of a tea length dress also, is the opportunity to showcase your shoes and we love the sweet pink pair Amanda chose.
Amanda and her beau were married at the Orchard Rooms in Opotiki, and we absolutely love the photos she sent through to us.
Sheena came to us last year knowing exactly what dress she wanted for her wedding day. We created a form fitting lace dress with a stunning diamond cut out on the back for Sheena. Her special day was held at Abbeville Estate and we just love the charming photos she sent through to us!
Every so often we get the pleasure of working with a younger type of clientele, in this case three school aged girls as we created flower girl dresses for them. Swathed in layers of cream and blush tulle we had as much fun constructing these gowns for the girls as they had wearing them.
We loved working alongside the lovely Janie through her process of ordering a bespoke bridal gown from us, ever pleasant we especially loved when she would bring her adorable daughters along to a fitting too! Janie chose a silk chiffon column gown with an asymmetric bodice also featuring a lace back and crystal embellishments on the front. Her dress design was perfect for hosting a small and intimate beach wedding and needless to say, we were blown away from the beautiful photos she sent through.
