We offer two different bridal services to ensure you come away with the perfect dress for your dream day.
These are Bespoke Couture Bridal and Ready to Wear.

BESPOKE BRIDAL SERVICES
At the Natalie Chan Boutique we offer a high end bespoke service for our brides. This is where creativity, the appreciation of detailing, and the process of collaborating with a designer to create something beautiful becomes a memorable experience.
You will begin with an appointment over a cup of tea, to discuss your dream dress with Natalie. Your dream dress is unique to you, and your bespoke journey will be also. You are welcome to bring along up to four of your nearest and dearest-please do let us know how many we need to cater for, so we can ensure we have enough tea cups at the ready.

There will be the trying on of beautiful dresses, draping of fabrics, and viewing of different fabric textures and colours to help you visualize your dream bespoke dress. Natalie will then measure you in detail and from there begin your bespoke journey. Your pattern is drafted from scratch; a toile design (mock design) is cut, made and ready for your first fitting.
Throughout your bespoke dress construction process Natalie and her team of skilled seamstresses are completely hands on with the craftsmanship. Together they cut, sew, and hand finish your design in their atelier. There may be up to three fittings to ensure your design fits perfectly, in which Natalie personally looks after.

We offer an hour consultation for $75 which is redeemable upon purchase. You will receive your personalized illustrated sketch of your bespoke bridal design, a fabric swatch card and a gift bag. READY TO WEAR
Our beautiful range of collections are ready to be viewed by you in our boutique or online.
We carry a size range of NZ 8-14, we require a 16-18 week lead time to be able to put the right love and care into your garment. All relevant measurements are available on our online boutique.
To maintain the best quality of our service and provide you with our undivided attention, our boutique stylist will personalize your appointment to suit you.
We have also have seating room for up to 4 of your nearest and dearest.
Our bridal and bridal party try on fee is $50 up to one hour. This fee is per person trying on.However, if you know exactly what you like to try on, there is a $20 try on fee per bridal dress/ensemble.
You will be one on one with a Natalie Chan in house stylist who will help you find your perfect bridal look.
This fee is redeemable upon purchase of a bridal dress/ gown/ ensemble.

MADE IN NEW ZEALAND
Natalie Chan wants to continue to support Made in New Zealand as she has done since 2002. Materials are first sourced from New Zealand textile companies before being sourced overseas. Each dress/gown/millinery piece is expertly hand made in our atelier under Natalie and her team of expert seamstresses.
STYLING SERVICES
We have a team of experts that are completely in love with weddings, social occasions and dressing up here at Natalie Chan, so we offer on-hand styling advice for all of our clients. We consult with complete honesty and integrity and take into account comfort and practicality, as we believe inner confidence is essential in radiating outer beauty.
